Last updated May 17, 2026. This policy explains how Hexarlabs handles data across the website, app access, trading workflow tools, Telegram signal eligibility, Clone automation requests, support, billing, and enterprise conversations.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Hexarlabs pages, product waitlists, support channels, sales conversations, Telegram access review, subscription administration, Clone workflow intake, trading plan tools, and related communications operated under the Hexarlabs brand.

Hexarlabs provides trading analysis assistance, workflow automation, risk tooling, and strategy automation support. We do not need your exchange, broker, bank, or wallet password to provide normal website access. If an enterprise or managed automation workflow requires sensitive technical credentials, that process is handled separately with explicit approval, access boundaries, and operational instructions.

Information We Collect

Account, contact, and billing information

  • Name, email address, company or team name, country, Telegram handle, Discord handle, and contact preferences.
  • Plan selection, subscription status, payment confirmations, invoice references, billing events, cancellation records, grace-period records, and support history.
  • Messages sent to sales, support, investor, enterprise, or partnership addresses, including attachments you choose to provide.

Trading workflow information

  • Symbols, market preferences, session preferences, trading style, risk constraints, strategy notes, invalidation rules, example setups, and Clone automation requirements you submit.
  • Platform interactions such as viewed bias notes, Top Picks access, risk posture pages, saved strategy logic, signal eligibility checks, and product feature usage.
  • Performance or account information you voluntarily provide for review, onboarding, case-study verification, or enterprise automation planning.

Technical and website information

  • Device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, referral source, pages viewed, timestamps, error logs, and security events.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used for session continuity, analytics, preference storage, fraud prevention, and performance measurement. The Cookie Policy explains this in more detail.

How We Use Information

  • To provide the website, app access, subscription administration, Top Picks, Telegram signal eligibility, support, onboarding, and Clone workflow review.
  • To understand whether a user should receive Basic, Pro, Profitable, enterprise, investor, or partnership follow-up.
  • To prepare market workflow features such as bias delivery, liquidity context, invalidation logic, risk posture notes, session timing, automation requests, and managed deployment planning.
  • To protect users and Hexarlabs from abuse, unauthorized access, payment misuse, spam, account sharing, security incidents, and attempts to bypass plan boundaries.
  • To improve copy, product flows, analytics, reliability, pricing, documentation, and support quality.
  • To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, preserve business records, enforce our Terms of Service, and review complaints or disputes.
Hexarlabs does not sell personal information as a core business model. We do not publish a user's trading strategy, account data, or performance materials without permission, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect Hexarlabs, users, or the integrity of the service.

When Information Is Shared

We share information only when it supports the service, protects users, or is legally required.

  • Service providers: hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, security tooling, customer support, CRM, and collaboration systems.
  • Communication platforms: Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, X, or email providers when users request community access, support, or announcements through those channels.
  • Automation and enterprise vendors: infrastructure, trading platform, logging, and deployment vendors used to operate a specific approved workflow.
  • Professional advisers: legal, accounting, compliance, insurance, and transaction advisers where needed for business operations.
  • Legal and safety requests: courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, users, systems, or markets.

Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect user information. These include access controls, least-privilege review, secure credential handling where credentials are required, logging, vendor review, and separation between general support data and sensitive automation materials.

No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Users should use strong passwords, protect email and Telegram accounts, avoid sharing account access, and report suspicious messages claiming to represent Hexarlabs.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support compliance review, and improve product reliability. Strategy intake materials and enterprise automation records may be retained for operational continuity unless deletion is requested and retention is no longer legally or contractually required.

Your Choices and Rights

  • You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information where applicable law provides those rights.
  • You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails by using the unsubscribe method in the email or contacting us.
  • You may control cookies through browser settings and any consent tools made available on the site.
  • You may request removal from Telegram or Discord access lists, subject to security, billing, and abuse-prevention checks.

Some requests may require identity verification. We may deny or limit requests where needed to protect other users, preserve security logs, complete transactions, comply with legal obligations, or maintain records needed for dispute resolution.
