Acceptance
By accessing Hexarlabs, creating an account, purchasing a plan, joining a signal channel, requesting Clone automation, using an MT5 execution file, or communicating with us about enterprise services, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any written service-specific terms provided to you.
If you use Hexarlabs for a company, fund, proprietary team, investment group, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
What Hexarlabs Provides
Hexarlabs provides trading analysis assistance and automation tooling. Features may include market bias, liquidity mapping, invalidation levels, risk posture notes, session timing, Top Picks, Telegram eligibility, Clone workflow intake, default Hexa Clone automation requests, custom strategy automation, managed deployment planning, and enterprise support.
Hexarlabs does not guarantee profits, returns, win rates, drawdown limits, trade availability, uninterrupted signal delivery, market execution quality, or that any idea will be suitable for your account, jurisdiction, tax status, risk tolerance, or financial condition.
Hexarlabs is not your broker, custodian, bank, tax adviser, legal adviser, investment adviser, or fiduciary unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Accounts, Access, and Plans
- Basic plan access is intended for users who want bias, Top Picks, Telegram eligibility, and risk posture notes without automation access.
- Pro plan access may include guided priority ideas, Telegram delivery, and the ability to request the MT5 execution file for default Hexa Clone automation where available.
- Profitable plan access may include custom Clone workflow support, strategy validation discussions, saved logic, and hands-free execution support for approved strategies.
- Enterprise access is individually scoped and may include private onboarding, architecture planning, risk boundaries, operational review, and managed deployment.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials, Telegram accounts, broker accounts, VPS access, API keys, and devices secure. You may not share paid access outside your account, resell signals, redistribute Clone files, publish private analysis, or bypass plan restrictions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Hexarlabs or interfere with other users, trading infrastructure, community channels, or support systems.
- No unlawful trading activity, market manipulation, fraud, impersonation, abusive scraping, spam, reverse engineering, or unauthorized redistribution.
- No attempt to access systems, code, data, payment flows, channels, or automation files without permission.
- No use of Hexarlabs content to claim guaranteed returns, solicit investor capital deceptively, or present Hexarlabs as endorsing your fund, account, broker, product, or signal service without written permission.
- No uploading malware, credential-stealing files, false performance statements, or materials that violate another person's rights.
Clone Automation and Execution Terms
Clone workflows translate trading logic into repeatable rules, checks, alerts, files, or managed execution processes. Automation can reduce emotional inconsistency, but it can also execute bad assumptions faster than manual trading. You remain responsible for reviewing settings, account size, symbols, leverage, broker conditions, stop levels, take-profit logic, news exposure, and maximum loss settings before any automation is used.
- Default Clone automation may not match your personal strategy, broker conditions, account type, or risk limits.
- Custom Clone work requires accurate user input. If your examples, rules, constraints, or risk instructions are incomplete or inconsistent, the resulting workflow may behave differently from your expectation.
- Hands-free execution support is subject to onboarding, risk boundaries, technical feasibility, and service availability. Hexarlabs may refuse or pause automation that appears unsafe, abusive, non-compliant, technically unstable, or inconsistent with the service scope.
- Users must monitor active accounts. Connectivity loss, platform updates, broker restrictions, slippage, margin changes, market gaps, data errors, and VPS issues can affect outcomes.
Payments, Renewals, Refunds, and Cancellations
Prices are displayed on the pricing page or in a written quote. Taxes, payment processing fees, currency conversion, and bank charges may apply depending on your location and payment method.
Paid access begins when payment is accepted or when Hexarlabs grants access under a written arrangement. Weekly, yearly, and enterprise plans may renew according to the billing terms presented at purchase. Grace periods, if offered, do not waive unpaid fees or guarantee continued access.
Because signals, analysis access, strategy review, digital files, and automation work can be consumed immediately, refunds are not automatic. Hexarlabs may review refund requests based on billing error, duplicate charge, failure to provide purchased access, or a written service commitment that was not delivered. Cancellation stops future billing where technically available but does not erase amounts already owed.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Hexarlabs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Trading markets involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of all funds allocated to trading. Past performance, backtests, win-rate snapshots, case studies, Myfxbook widgets, demonstrations, screenshots, or testimonials are not guarantees of future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexarlabs is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, broker issues, market gaps, slippage, margin calls, tax consequences, indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, community misuse, user account compromise, or third-party platform failures.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms as the product, pricing, legal requirements, or operational model changes. Material updates will be reflected by the updated date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
